Dax today ....

800 short at 4923 ... got some out, but will need to buy back more by the close of the day (going to run 100 over the weekend) - anyone got an idea where this could stop today, or will we close on the lows?

I trade Dax, but only in the 5lots range (mostly 2-3). Today was nice, as my earlier suggestion to short the GDP pop turned into a possible 40 point profit (from which I only extracted 25 though).
I like Dax 1000x more than ES, very good follow through and especially in the last few days very extended moves.
However the bad thing about Dax is that stops are getting triggered by big money folks there if you put it to Eurex. Better use mental stops.

I am surprised that you are asking for opinions on the Dax's movements when trading such size?

No, I wasn't really asking for opinions, just putting mine across in a way that sounds like I value anyone elses .....

I did let 100 ride short though, big mistake :confused:
