DAX futures hours

How can it be that DAX futures trading hours is 7:50-22:00 European Central Time (CET)
or 1:50 - 16:00 EDT but here https://www.investing.com/indices/germany-30-futures i see the futures keeps on trading outside the time zone mentioned above?

On that website by default realtime DAX CFD data are quoted, which are also available outside of the regular Eurex trading hours. If you switch to the Eurex futures data on that page, you receive delayed quotes.

you can trade DAX cfds outside the RTH

Is it possible with IB? after 16:00 EDT the chart is frozen though the quote is changing(i think)

Start with that. You do know they are two entirely different trading instruments?
