or on some website for these european markets

that is similar to the NYSE $TICK , $TRIN , ADV - DEC shares

numbers that I see daily in US data feeds?

There is no squawk box for the DAX becuase its electeonic. I don't know of any european news broadcasts directed at trading

I suppose CNBC European edition is the nearest you come to that.

How many people would be interested in a news service(live) for the european markets and a squawk box(live commentary over the Internet) for the DAX?

I might be able to start something if there is enough interest.
