I'm exploring the possibility of exploiting high probability results of lawsuits and riding the resulting jump in share prices.
I have had some success using this technique but only have the opportunity when I come across some snippet informing me of the hearing dates. Is there anywhere that holds a list of upcoming hearing dates for large companies, or perhaps some info site that I could 'watch' for hearing dates etc.
Take the Apple / HTC announcement as a (poor) example. How can I either find out when the hearing will be for this, or at least 'subscribe' to that information somehow?
