Great initiative!

This is related to latency, but might be off-topic - for automated futures traders, what's the best place to host to get the fastest access to your data? The assumption is you are hosting in the same datacenters as the exchanges, but if not it would be good to get the data from you as fast as possible regardless.

For futures, you can get the fastest access to our data by colocating in Aurora I and getting a physical cross-connect. The next fastest will probably be anywhere in the 350 E Cermak facility, which is adds at least an additional 300 mics one-way. After that probably any cloud provider in the US midwest region is good, e.g. Azure IL and GCP Iowa.
