Another option is quote.com livecharts. This is a browser-based charting application that uses java. It sometimes has issues with reliability as many here can tell you, but they include delayed data on all the exchanges you don't subscribe to and quite a bit of price history in the charts. I think the monthly price would be $9.95 for livecharts plus $15.00 for the CME e-mini, so 24.95.

Of course if you use RT indicator this is far from enough and you need to subscribe to a service. I had used Tenfore in the past (400$/month) but I don't need it anymore since I get rid off indicators except for aesthetic I still put macd and ma.
