Data Question

My question is about subscribing to data. When it mentions regular or pro, how are you treated if you came from a position where you had your series 7, 63, and 65.

It mentioned something about the sec, and it made me think. I am no longer a broker, but how would i be treated.

I think that if you opened a personal account AND you are not using it to do any business of any kind but only to trade or invest then you are not a pro as far as data subscription.

Why don't you email the data vendor for an official answer?
