IRD will be launching a full Realtick version in 2 weeks time covering all the US markets, European markets plus Japan and Singapore.
Thankfully back on line as an IRD user (still even though during the closed period) I wouldn't trade without it.
So if you want European exchanges, try IRD Realtick in a few days time. The dataprovider is FIDES.

carry EUREX and LIFFE futures
and FTSE350 stocks (top 350 by market cap) and at least 40 German stocks.
datafeed speed and reliability is excellent (for futures at least, couldn't say for stocks)
for EUREX, side-by-side CQG was generally faster than eSignal by up to 10 seconds sometimes when I last tried it

Not a problem at all with www.ird.com - they cover all of europe - asia ect... and their software is fantastic
