You're completely entitled to your own opinion as to what "fastest" means, but in my opinion a well-OC'd unlocked Gulftown beats all comers, including of course any Nehalem Xeon, all of which are locked.
question about building a data base from exel data?
if we are pulling excel tick data from our bloomberg how do we organize to be put into SQL? we have the data. we have SQL and MATLAB but we dont know how to organize the data itself. should the underlying be a seprate sheet from the options? or can they be on the same one. we can only get a weeks worth of tck data at a time from our bloomberg so its kind of a pain. any ideas out there??
