Well considering this particular "upgrade" involves redoing the entire website from scratch, it takes a little while longer than usual. Keep in mind that the next version is not just dark mode. There are dozens of other things being implemented.

Can you make a screenshot of what that looks like for Elitetrader.com forum in Dark Reader ?
Here is what it looks like on my screen even though it is in conflict with a few of my other extensions. It's not something I would use because I found myself "squinting my eyes" to view it. Anyways, I'm curious about what it looks like on your screen and if Dark Reader is in conflict with any of your other extensions in Chrome.
