Though when the dems are next in they need to address things like Jill Stein and Joe Manchik. The outlier candidates should have a 2nd preference vote option.

I don’t like this approach. Democrats need to focus on winning anywhere and everywhere. Cutting victory margins is not a consolation prize. The House map is an uphill battle for Dems and they need to learn how to win in these very gerrymandered and rural districts.

I dont like the approach of getting hopes up for unwinnable districts or districts republicans are heavily favored to win.Many people are going to vote republican no matter what and when packed into a district via gerrymandering dems are not likely to win them.The GOP holds 60 seats less red than this Ohio seat and if dems can flip the margins by same amount they changed this one and the others since 2016 they can take back The House.
