I had 150 in my "area" of 100 miles outside of Tampa according to the Florida Blue website (BCBS). The problem was that when I narrowed it to 20 miles, it was 34, and then when I started calling I realized that more than 2/3rds of those numbers and addresses were out of date. Many had retired, were no longer reachable or accessible with the info given.

Probably the same with your list.
