i totally agree kap. my model keys off of EOD values, in this situation i'm going to treat the midpoint of this consolidation - call it 9685 - as a virtual EOD and adjust trigger levels accordingly for the rest of the day.

worst that can happen is i'll be on the sidelines for a little longer.
