Interesting observation ! A contrary indicator...
 
ESignal didn't used to be available for the Mac. I used to be able to get ticks on lycos' live charts, but that stopped working for me a while back. I use a service called iqchart which I used to use with LiveCharts, and it gives me candlestick and other charts in real time, but it's not the tick that I want. Since Live Charts stopped working for me, I haven't found another place.

oh yeah, 8 updates a day to fix critical security updates would really simplify my life a lot. which reminds me, don't you guys have another update to fetch tonight? :D
 
How much does eSignal cost a month -- for the real time ticks?

I couldn't buy a PC, but I could consider running it under VPC.

(Macs are natural antidepressants.)
 
closed hanging long 9465 Sept YM (+21) Well, I'm sure my order was 9469 but it was filled at 9465! Anyone ever see that?

I sent them an email to ask, though it turns out I wouldn't have gotten the fill at 9469 and the market dropped after that, so I should have kept my mouth shut.

That's interesting, but does it explain what happened? I had a limit order to sell at 69 and I heard the fill when I was away from the computer, came back and assumed I got the 69, till I checked the order, found it was for 65. I don't think 69 was ever hit which means I'm not entitled to any fill at all, and unfortunately I wrote them, because I was concerned that I could place a limit order and have it filled at a lower price. Limit means that price or better, not lower. Of course, I'm thrilled I got that fill and now I expect they'll take it away from me.
