Damir's Trading Journal

just like futures, the spread between the derivative and the underlying accordians. you know what the targets are, if you see them, take them.

This is interesting. Even though the DOW isn't in a better position than when I bought the DIA, they are profitable now. Not profitable to be worth a sell, but ten or eleven cents higher than my av price.

take a bow. seriously. imo the hardest part of trading is sticking to the plan. it may be only a paper trade, but still, you did it.

Position closed according to target: 93.42. Am I ready for real trade yet?

I agree. I wanted to raise the target. But I also was impressed that the DOW didn't justify the profit, so that time it made it easier to take the profit rather than hold out for more.

Now, I'm waiting for my next entry, but somehow it got to be afternoon already! What is the latest time I can take a new position today?

LOL! you are enforcing outstanding discipline. Truly testing my mettle. I start to get rabid after my first good trade of the day. "go research the migratory patterns of west coast raku" You crack me up!

Well, maybe my own stocks will give me something to do, but they sure don't look good.

OT: I had a hijacked eBay account and I heard from a fellow in Germany who has a whole organization around this, a web site with a lot of good info. He just told me he now has it in English, if you want to take a look. I believe he's okay.
