Stops out at 1046 (+0.25)

I seem to always move a stop too soon. Too much fear to be a good trader

Now ES has traded below the open (1043), it would be interesting to see if it can penetrate the open again to the up side. If it fails, it will be a bearish sign in short term.

I wish I hadn't moved my stop. My mind is too weak to hold a good trade.

I find the previous close more signifcant, and treat this as the open

You are right that the previous close is significant. But when there is a gap, and the market has been trading beyond the gap, I found the current day's open becomes more significant.
