Ive tried to find a good feed for Spot Gold before but still haven't been able to find a feed. My broker does not provide spot gold...only futures "GC.."

Can anyone pass me on a way to get spot gold realtime from another outside source. I have a kitco counter in my toolbar for windows xp but this is delayed by 10 seconds (max refresh). Gold futures dont have enough volume to make a steady chart and GLD is randomly run up or down as people load/unload positions. Any help is appreciated.

That link you gave is the best of the group. It keeps up realtime. Thanks so much....I just wrote in now because I used the chart to bail on a short this morning.....gld didn't show the move yet.......couldnt have been any better. I owe you some thanks..... Thanks.
