I really enjoy the daily P/L posts, both to keep myself on track, and see how others are doing under the same market conditions. It's great to see such a wide range of account sizes/daily P/L fluctuations. For me it would be real helpful/interesting to have an idea what some other guys' backgrounds in trading are. Of course I have short goals I'm always aiming for, but I'd love to have some idea of benchmarks for where I might want to be 5 years down the road.

Instrument: Equities (~99% Nas, ~1% NYSE)
Other instruments traded previously: None
Account: 100% prop. Buying power increased/decreased at firm's discretion.
Length of time trading: 11 months (start of 12th now)
Age: 23
