No, I don't care what the mother of someone who I only know through tabloid b.s. stories selling papers, or the pathetic news stories also selling a story, has to say about pretty much anything.. I suspect there was a whole lot more to her than the baloney sold to the adoring public. Did she do some good, sure, but because the press didn't want to go any further than the fairy tale they were determined to sell well past her time on earth doesn't mean she was a saint to be adored or even had an opinion anymore valuable than any other half informed celebrity who gets asked their opinion about anything and everything, but actually knows very little about the causes they "support".
Sorry to be somewhat overly worked up on the topic. I just grow tired of too many people buying into the story sold to us by the press, or so called press about people who actually know very little about what goes on in the real world, except for their little indulgences into "their" cause, and then back to their fairy tale worlds.
You might remember the guy she was with when she died, and his daddy were not saints by any stretch of the imagination, but maybe that was just her bad boy faze.

Nitro, before you go after what would "my Mom" think, this has nothing to do with my Mom. My Mom passed away awhile ago also, but she loved my wife, probably more than me. As a result of what my Mom went through I probably know more of what was on her mind than I really wanted to know. She had Alzheimers(sp) as well as a stroke, so she said what was on her mind which wasn't always love and kisses. It took away the filter that most people have, but at the same time in the long run it was very good, and I really wish more people would just say the truth instead of what sounds good. It would lead to a much better society than the fantasy world people chose. I should appreciate my wife more based on my Mom's opinion of the two of us than I probably demostrate on a daily basis.
