It is common knowledge that Megan Fox has had a plastic surgery makeover since being cast in the first ‘Transformers’. There is a dramatic change in her facial appearance that cannot totally be attributed to aging, cosmetics, and weight loss. Her lips, nose, and cheeks have changed shape. Not in a bad way, but it is fascinating to see someone so young have a plethora of plastic surgeries.

1. Lips

There is no questioning that her lips have been enlarged.

2. Rhinoplasty

The bridge of her nose and nostrils look shaved down a bit.

3. Cheeks

People loose facial fat as they age, but it looks like she had her buccal fat under her cheeks removed.

Im no expert, nor am I a plastic surgeon, but just looks like a lot of makeup and some age to me. Shes only 22/23 years old. Those two pictures her features look the same, she just has a lot of makeup on. It makes a very big difference on the appearance of a person. Either way, i'd leave it in there
