I would say wrong on both counts. Nothing suggests her nose has been redone, and I have seen plenty that have been. As for her breasts, the valley between them is quite symmetric for their size. A tell is when the valley is significant, without a gradually sloping V intersection, but the breasts themselves are fairly large. However, this young lady's breasts dovetail quite nicely into the valley between them.
