1.- What I am trying to say is that if b1s2, a futures trader, mentions he is is bullish EUR and bullish JPY, it means to you forex traders, that he is bullish EUR, bearish JPY.

I assume that futures daily chart would look close to the cash one, so on daily EUR/USD there is a short grail and MACD cross (on weekly a possible BRD). On USD/JPY there was a BLD on daily, not on the chart as there is no histogram in the TA for some reason, but I posted it before.
