Daily Bible Verse

I don't think I'll close this thread, just yet, but I don't plan to post anymore for using it for motivation to get up early. I had kind of imagined a nice quiet little space that nobody paid any attention to with lots of lovely Bible verses lined up in a row...now there's lots of extra posts and so it has been taken over by the immoral majority.

Only lasted a day.

Glad to see Stu now only posts sleeping kittens and has stopped posting dead ones! :D:D

I have a different alarm clock plan. I will post in my trading plan journal as soon as I am up each morning. Don't know what I'll post. Maybe something short, like, "glad to see the markets are still around"....because with global uncertainty and the WEF aligning with Biblical prophecy, the great reset will come (likely the horseman without arrows in Revelation).... I better hurry up and make millions trading before it all goes away!!!!

Ok, now, lets go to the bible a moment:
The loaves and fishes story....

Common themes:
(1) The bible claims miracles and giving.
(2) Non Christians are giving.
(3) But today's Christian church is like Trump, all fukking noise and mouth, claiming it's blessed but always got it's hand out, continuously sucking off the tit of gummint for tax exemptions and always sucking money out of parishioners for donations.

"Oh how fucking marvelous my God is, my King, so rich and powerful, yet somehow I'm always living in the fucking poor house because this miraculous church 'The Bride of Christ' always wants our money".
Instead of the wonderful Church donating like Gates, Buffett, Bezos, it is always claiming poverty, sounds like something is wrong here.

Same here...I thought they'd at least wait until the thread served it's purpose...but nope! You're right--they can't help themselves. Their behavior just proves the Bible right once again because they write out of hatred for the One who gave them their own lives, just like John 15:25 describes.

It works both ways, Christians have an answer for all of humans sins, short comings and waywardness, but when christians post bible nonsense scriptures, those smart enough will see through the veneer of pretence.
The bible is full of promises which are pure fiction.
