Same problem with Cyber lately. Repeatedly shuts down when I try to enter a new symbol into stockbox.
Has shut me down 5+ times in a row. If I leave the stockbox alone, connection is ok. Takes multiple attempts and logins to get stocks into box. Once it gets done, its ok again.
Tends to happen right after I login for the day, but not everyday.
Told me it must be my connection too.
On Friday, though, lost connection about 3 times for no reason.

I'm still waiting for my 1099 statement from them to do my taxes. Has anybody gotten their's yet from Cyber?
