I am gonna be without a connection at home for a while, I found a cafe where I can access TWS, I suppose I should be happy because I could not even load the plugin at other locations (at work and in public libraries,thanks IB developers!). But is it safe? Could a system administrator retrieve information or someone get access to my account?

a better solution could be to signup for a dialup account. those 3 months free AOL CDs always float around ...

buy a cheap laptop ... download the TWS onto it

and you do not have to worry about security problems

Are you really afraid that some tatooed GenX former dot.com millionaire pouring decaf latte at a cyber cafe is going to load you up with some CMGI.

The thing is that I don't have a computer yet. Well I do have one but I will have to have it shipped here. Been using someone else's PC at home. Laptops are not cheap here, yes some are sold for £700 but with 128Mb RAM no CDRW,all the the brands come much more expensive, nothing under $1500.
