Trump was up by 4 to 14% in swing states with 75% to 90% of the ballots counted at around 2am.
At around 2-3am, a few key Democratic cities "stopped counting" ballots for the night. When the cities reopened in the morning and posted their overnight tabulations, Biden was suddenly in the lead by 1 - 5%.
In many cases, Biden overcame a deficit of 10-15%, with 80 to 90% of the all ballots counted.
So that basically means 90 to 98% of the remaining ballots counted during this "mysterious Democrat overnight shutdown" had to go to Biden.
