Yea they are fine look at his posts, this itrade seems like he works for jc trading and has multiple ids. Anyways I took their online video thing not too long ago. It was a webinar. Helpful. Their online forms all working, and never heard of their phone being down. I call almost every morning to ask about their list. Hey today you guys had any issue with the route out flag of EDGA? Was having problem today. Set strategy to ROUC was getting error all day.
 
They are acting as an unregistered broker dealer and these types of firms are being shut down one by one. Don't say you weren't warned.

If you have any doubts, call the SEC regulation and compliance department and explain the structure to them and even direct them to the website. That will make it pretty clear.
