CVNA halt trading, options halt too?

Basically title is the question, I got on the CVNA crazy wagon, looks like short squeezing. Several times, the trade for this stock halted. Does it mean, options will halt too>?

i think CVNA is saved just like GAMESTOP, 6b$ in debt, few hundred million in equity. If market cap reaches 30B through extreme squeeze, CVNA management can just sell 6B$ of its holdings to cover debt. Viola!!
