Customizeable Stock Screener

Does anyone know where I can find a stock screener I can input ideas based on time frame, different prices (open instead of close), crosses etc?

I have found profitspi, but I need something like this that I can choose the price used for the screen, meaning using the opening price, or the average of the ohlc.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

i like telechart. i only use it on the daily timeframe, but it does a lot of sophisticated work for me in that timeframe.
