Custom alerts - looking for a recommendation

I am looking for a service which will let me set up custom thresholds and alert me when they are hit. For example, email and text me when a stock or index goes 10% below the 30-day max. Any recommendations for an online service that will help me do that?

Seems pretty simple, but I have Schwab, Etrade and Thinkorswim accounts, and none of them are able to do this.

i think you can get what you want in pt multistation...
there are triggers, alerts... you can set different notifying actions also you can use visual trading (they call it "Visual Adviser")
