Vic Niederhoffer is often described as the "anti- turtle" since his criticisms of trend following are almost as well documented as his frequent blow ups.

Will Covel perhaps update us on Vic's latest ass kicking?

Covel is not and was not a Turtle nor a trader. Complete, compleat or otherwise.

If that is true, what qualifies him to offer this to the public? Who is the experienced trader to create this package? Obviously an investigative journalist = ghostwriter doesn't qualify, I'm sure we can agree on that.

christian baha of superfund among others speaks highly of MC. I think he is a very talented writer, i know nothing about his other offerings and have never seen the course. im not a big trend guy, if you didn't know.

covel's new book, although it talks about some relatively obscure turtle tactics, is primarily a history story about the turtles and dennis/eckhardt. the monthly drawdowns these turtles experienced is nothing short of amazing, as well as birth of the turtles. he goes deeply into the personalities and worldviews of the players---- its good reading.
