I opened an account there about 1.5 months ago. So far here are my experiences. They are very fast on replying to your email (usually the same day). I planned on using Excel with Laser but after trying it out I found the function in Laser to get quotes and place trades is total crap. I am still using Excel with Laser but in another way. I get charged a Misc Fee and a Reg. Fee but no cancellation Fee. PM me if you want to know what I am paying in commish.
