It seems the following is a "conventional" view. Any comments?
1. "Faith" layer can be:
1A - Faith, or
1B - No Faith.
2A. "God" layer of Faith can be:
2Aa - God, or
2Ab - No God.
2B. "God" layer of No Faith can only be:
2B - No God.
3A. "Religion" layer of "Faith and God" can only be:
3A - Religion (like Christianity, Judaism, Islam, etc.)
3B. "Religion" layer of "Faith and No God" can be :
3Ba - Religion - like Buddhism, or
3Bb - No Religion - like Agnosticism.
" An agnostic is one who believes it impossible to know anything about God or about the creation of the universe and refrains from commitment to any religious doctrine. An atheist is one who denies the existence of a deity or of divine beings. "
3C. "Religion" layer of "No Faith and No God" can only be:
No Religion (like Atheism)
" Atheism is usually defined incorrectly as a belief system. Atheism is not a disbelief in gods or a denial of gods; it is a lack of belief in gods. Older dictionaries define atheism as "a belief that there is no God." "
