Cuomo's response has been a total disaster that has cost many lives.

He failed to take care of that which was within his control but beat the bejesus out of Trump and the feds for hospital beds, ventilators etc. Then it turned out that the areas within his control were totally neglected and mismanaged but in the areas where he forced Trump to overperform, the beds, hospital ship, military medical units, and ventilators were not ultimately needed.

You are absolutely right and I think we should be a bit more forgiving all around. That said, it doesn't take an advanced medical degree to know putting very sick people who have a very contagious virus in with very old and frail persons is not a really bright idea. Calling that incompetent doesn't really cover just how fuckin stupid that was.

New York got the most aid from the Federal government yet, Andrew Cuomo kept whining in press conferences that he was not getting enough medical equipment and medical supplies while, medical N95 masks and other supplies were piled high in the warehouse behind him? This guy is only good in promoting himself via press conferences, one after the other. In action, he has done little to stem the Corona Virus yet, he continues to blame President Donald Trump for his ineptitudes? Why is Gavin Newsom from California doing a better job than him?

How many times is this idiot Kemp in charge of Georgia going to apologize without having ALL the data fixed on the state's website? The state fixes only minor things then quickly reverts to showing fake data again... day after day. Everyone with any common sense knows there is no downward trend in Georgia. Still the five counties with the highest number of cases are showing zero. How about Emory Hospital staff complaining that they had more COVID-19 deaths in a single day than Georgia's data showed across the state for that day on May 15th.
