Ctsfutures T4 Api

Could developers or traders who have created Automated Trading Systems (ATS) using the T4 API share their experiences on the:

(i) reliability

(ii) user friendliness

(iii) functionality

(iv) speed


of the T4 API. Any info on experiences with T4 API are much appreciated.

Also any comparisons to the CQG API or TT API or IB API or Rithmic API by anyone who has used BOTH T4 API and any of these other APIs will also be appreciated.

Please share your experiences and insights.

I like the charts on CTS, but the trading front end really isn't for professionals. Scores low in every characteristic that you mention. I really can't imagine that it would be any good for automated trading.
Having said that, I don't think that TT and CQG can justify the cost differential because they have their faults too.
Front ends haven't moved on significantly in the last ten years. I would never had imagined back then, what a lack of progress would have been made by now.
