Cryptocurrency vs tulip

I am afraid to ask but what exactly is Tulip Mania?

you should be afraid to ask.
because you can google 'tulip mania' and get the info.

however, not all information can be googled.
these are the things you wouldn't be able to get the answer :

- how to fix windows rearranged problem after you unlock the PC
- how to make those tiny tiny springs, gears, shafts, bearings for
the Swiss mechanical watches
- how people drew those contour lines centuries ago

now this is why I am afraid.

Being an historic event that it's so easy to look up, it makes sense you are afraid about asking on ET... I am afraid to ask for non googleable stuff sometimes lol

Gold is usually considered safer I guess and cryptos are okay too but yes, they do share some similarities. I was trading both a while back.
Yeah, they’re quite limited, rare and are pretty liquid as well. I was looking for platforms to trade gold and other commodities but I’m not sure how to get started.

It’s all a matter of spreads and how reliable your platform is. I first started with Etrade but I realised I need more knowledge and information about the market so I stopped for a while and actually started learning. After a while, I was trading again with Turnkeyforex. Both platforms had good spreads, I have to say!
