Of course, Tether only started in 2014 but actual USDT Tether tokens did not exist on the blockchain until 2015, in the middle of the bitcoin bear market

If BTC existed before Tether, then why is there all this clamor about Tether affecting the price of BTC?

Right here, you are making a base case that Tether affects BTC...
