Interestingly that was my number for the next 12 months too. No real math involved just the 50% drop from ATH would be 33K and markets always overshot.

Crypto market is crashing at the moment. Here's what I'll observe for signs of recovery. Weakness with Luna, UST are the main drivers behind the Cryptocrash now. - Anchor TVL Anchor depositors are withdrawing at an alarming rate. TVL plunged almost 30% within 3 days.

When UST is withdrawn from Anchor, the next thing fearful investors will do is to sell UST to buy safer stablecoins. If UST goes down, LFG will defend UST peg by selling BTC. If BTC goes down, the entire crypto space goes down.

Simply put this way. Anchor TVL down -> UST down -> BTC down -> cryptocurrencies down BTC is the leader. How goes BTC, so goes the rest of the cryptocurrencies.

Anchor TVL is what I'll watch carefully. If Anchor TVL goes up but UST remains down (most unlikely) and/or BTC continues to plunge, that's an even more worrying sign of more serious underlying problems. Hopefully, we won't get to see this.

Warren Buffet waiting for Nasdaq/S&P to be down 50% to deploy his $130 billion, no real math involved just good value.
 
Microstrategy is unlikely to sell, for the same reason Bill Hwang was unwilling to sell his Viacom positions, etc. It would just further accelerate a downward spiral.
