Cruz tops Trump in national poll

The entire media and the pollsters have united against Trump. He seems to be attacked with equal viciousness by the Democrats and by his own party.

I wouldn't blame him if he goes Independent.

What all of this has proven is that there is virtually *zero* difference between a career democrat politician as a career republican politician. They seek only their own enrichment and security and will oppose their own constituents to that end.

I hope Trump is elected President and I hope that he subsequently destroys the RNC.

the question the RNC needs to ask themselves is who they would rather have as President, Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump? And I'm sure that answer would be Hillary if she didn't take all of congress with her.

Third Party Ticket: Trump and Bernie.

They flip a coin after the election to determine which one resigns.

50-50 chance is better than either could do on his own.

I can't envision Trump ever backing Cruz as the GOP nominee.
If Trump goes independent Hillary/Bernie win easily...and the country continues to fall into the abyss

Trump wins the SC primary and there is a tight race for second. At this moment Trump has 47 of the 50 SC delegates with 3 still in play. It may not matter that Rubio and Cruz had a good showing if they get no delegates.

Trump has a loyal 30% who will only vote for him no matter what. The rest of them have 70%, and they will all vote and support someone else if their candidate drops out. He still has a lot of work to do.
Bush dropped out tonight, hard to imagine any of his voters torn between Bush or Trump.

Yeah ipatent how did that work out for you. If that dude got his ass handed to him in SC what exactly is his path to the nomination. The guy is supposed to have this strong evangelical support and he came in third in SC. That is just not going to cut it.
