Out of all the Coronavirus takes, the one that bothers me the most is:
"life as we know it will never be the same after this virus."
Complete nonsense. Life will return to normal within weeks after restrictions are lifted. The idea that people are no longer going to travel on planes, eat at restaurants or go visit Disneyland is completely absurd. It's human nature to want to go out and do things for most people.

There will be many people who restrict themselves from crowds such as restaurants and planes especially if they had someone close to them fall ill to the coronavirus or if they are the hypochondriac type....And if there is a re-emergence of the virus after restrictions are lifted then you will see even more people avoid all outdoor congregating places for many many years. Many people will be social distancing themselves for quite sometime....
it’s also human nature to collect rent and car payments from those that want to eat at restaurants and travel.
Let’s see how everyone is going to pull this off and restart their lives with the $0 in savings that they had prior to lockdowns because they’ve spent all their money on restaurants and travel. Many will be evicted soon, from both their homes and businesses if they have any.

yes and no. Yes people will travel and eat out, but at a lesser pace, and it might take a while for full activity to resume.
Yes and maybe within weeks. Like I said people have to be forced not to go out. Lol. Stay in or we will shoot you kinda stuff. But it will be like 911 aftermath very cautious which eventually just goes away. Who wanted to fly right after 911? Not many.
It is quite different. Many understood that terrorists attacks are very rare in US. Virus is a totally different ball game. The odds of being on the plane with someone who has it much higher. Once all opens up, norm will be quite different.

Not really. Most understand that there is a risk with COVID but know how to mitigate it somewhat and may not be in the hi risk category at all.
I remember 911 and trust me no one wanted to get on a plane at least those i spoke with. That is an accident that you do not survive unlike COVID-19.
fatality rate 2% vs 100%. Remember the majority are mild cases. anyways the point being that life will get back to normal eventually.
