opened around 60 and went right up..

I wanted to go Long the open, but interactivebrokers did cap my buy order way below indicative open and didn't get an execution (although limit 61)...
Would have been an easy flip on the open.
Anyone else with the same bad experience?
How can you bypass this limitations?

IB is notorious for this shit. Frustrating as hell.

Based on the attack on Saudi Arabia, which may have an impact on oil prices, I have authorized the release of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, if needed, in a to-be-determined amount....

Oil way off its highs since news broke last night. Just what I expected , was up 20% now up about 9%. Long DWT around 5.05, looking for $6. Will add more if oil jumps above $65. Trump will NOT allow oil prices to surge so betting against oil to me is where I'm trading.
