Even if I lose my entire ~$49k, I'll make more than twice that by building and selling one spec house. Assuming the housing market doesn't collapse. It's not the end of the world, but it definitely sucks and was extremely foolish.

I didn't realize it was nearing the end of the trading week. I figured I could just close it out manually if it started dropping.
