Crude Oil reached $145 in 2008. Giant western companies started dreaming of multi-trillion dollars business from Gulf countries.

Boeing and Airbus started dreaming of selling Passenger Planes to Gulf based Airlines

Western Construction companies started Multi-billion dollars real estate projects in Dubai such as Palm Islands, World islands, Burj Tower(tallest buildings), most expensive and luxurious hotels in the world.

But nobody thought 5% or 10% of "Oil money" from gulf countries goes to Taliban and Al-Qaeda as financial help.

Worldwide terrorists must have become rich when Crude Oil reached $145 per barrel. They must have purchased High-tech weapons. Even weapons of mass destruction is possible.

There is good possibility that terrorists must have started Airline company based in Gulf and obtain "legal license" for operating commercial flights in USA & Europe. They can use Airplanes for terror attacks on USA and Europe.

I think one gulf-based Airline had purchased $28 billion worth of passenger planes from Boeing and Airbus in 2008 (not sure)

If terrorists own Airplanes there is no need for Hijacking. They are in complete control and anonymous.
