Why not message IB to find out? I did when I was still a customer 2 months ago and they repied that they don't offer nymex futures options (they offer cme/cbot futures options only http://individuals.interactivebrokers.com/en/trading/products.php?pdt=FOP&ib_entity=llc). Optionsxpress.com offers CL futures options.

just start with vanilla puts/calls and let spreads etc wait. no trading desk.
they will come to you!
