6:19 CROX Crocs beats handily, guides Q2 and FY07 above consensus; declares 2-for-1 split (57.41 +0.21)

Reports Q1 (Mar) earnings of $0.61 per share, $0.12 better than the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.49; revenues rose 216.7% year/year to $142 mln vs the $113.9 mln consensus. Co issues upside guidance for Q2, sees EPS of $0.80-0.85 vs. $0.63 consensus; sees Q2 revs of $180-190 mln vs. $135.61 mln consensus. Co issues upside guidance for FY07, sees EPS of $2.90-2.95 vs. $2.42 consensus; sees FY07 revs of $670-680 mln vs. $540.11 mln consensus. Co also announces 2-for-1 stock split effective May 31.

Right now CROX is on top of its game but I guarantee you the FAD will FADE soon.

This is a FAD that will be here one minute and gone the next.....

I know they are expanding their line with about 30 different styles but they are going to have as something as big as the original Crox to keep the stock moving.

You're right. I do own a few. It may be a fad. But it is not fading any time soon.

Who cares? My time horizon is tomorrow. I love these guys who tell you what the S&P is going to earn, and all that double talk. The stock is flying, a ton is short. That's it.
