"Digital Nomads wishing to live in Croatia will soon be able to do so, as the country is in the process of introducing a Digital Nomad Visa, which will allow internationals who are engaged in jobs independent of location and time, to work in Croatia."

what's the savings? US taxes citizens living abroad, so a us citizen can move to florida, texas, nevada, wy, ... to escape state taxes.

It is called cost of living. Also not listening to stupid American news and politics all the time. (and let's not mention the nightmare if Trump wins another 4 years)

Not to mention ET's membership is international, so not everybody is American.

Have I mentioned the loose girls of Croatia? The beaches? The food? The easy access to other parts of Europe??? Low crime? Not needed to own a car?

Exactly. Making $100k in NYC is nothing, you'll be on a budget. Same in parts of Europe will afford you a much better quality of life and no, I'm not talking about some backwoods in Romania either.
