School boards are local. Like police boards....yet what is driving policy....Its the progressives from the democratic party....The Dems know this, we all know this
Defunding and CRT are national Democratic movements.
Democrats already understand the damage defunding comments have done to their suburban vote....now they are realizing this same problem with CRT

Plenty of proof in this thread of the parents complaints of their children being demeaned and belittled on the basis of race are cited in articles earlier in this thread.

So you have 0% proof that this is happening regularly in Durham NC.... no copies of the curriculum, no teachers getting together to say what they are teaching, no parents providing actual notes and discussions from classes...no head of a school showing how they will deman children.

GWB said CRT is demeaning kids in schools and shows the parents in Durham objecting.

Objecting to what if there is no real CRT being taught becuase there is nothing in the curriculuum that says so.

A parent can protest about what they think is happening but we should be discussing factually what is actually being taught in the schools right?
