Nice loaded statements and discussion influencing technique you have there. From “Not get punished all....” to “joking about school shootings” while at the same time attempting to redirect my argument from addressing the influences of children’s behavior.

Are you an attorney or a political hack? You seem too smart to be in the media.

Once you identify a real problem, you move on to identifying the immediate and underlying cause of the problem. Then you can reasonably look for solutions. Followup comes after implementing a proposed solution to ensure it is working. The preceding statement is an example of a problem solving methodology.

I’m sure Leftists fear efforts in anyone looking for underlying causes for many of our problems in our society because these problems are rooted, directly or indirectly, in the bad policies of the Democrats. These bad policies include attempts to discredit the church, creating dependencies on Government support, and promoting dissension by characterizing the other side as racists, etc.

What we need is a strong society, not a strong and overreaching Government.

I was responding to other poster who indicating there was something wrong to say the kid should be punished. What happened to making people responsible for what they say with a little fear.

Arrested and charged with a felony seems a bit harsh for a young kid. Yes, the culture has changed and this kind of behavior should be addressed, but com'on, lets have some perspective.

The WTC bombing of 1993, 9/11, the Boston Marathon bombing, Oklahoma City, all the mass shootings, the Atlanta Olympic games bombing, etc etc etc...

It has finally seeped it's way into generation of Americans, and has now flourished into a society that is so paranoid, that any wrong move will put you in jail, because it is perceived as a threat to domestic peace.

The salad days of pre 9/11 will never be had again.

If you exist and have exposure to the public now, you had best record everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you do in public, because that will be the only proof you will have of no wrong-doing if you are ever accused of a crime.

spend half as much, require creative solutions to come from the educational system by necessity. make the decisions on what is wheat and what is chaff.

We may find that childcare service and education are different animals.

they do not know what they are doing any more than most bureaucrats, except that payday is on friday, and the more firmly entrenched in the bureaucracy they can become, the better.

Individual teachers, on the other hand, can make all the difference in a person's life at that age.
More Power To Them Them that know what they are doing, and more money poured in at the Top is not going to suddenly start working now.

Although I was responding to your post, I am also writing to a larger audience. For perspective, Your post, #3 in this thread was 207 words long, My post, #6, was 265 words, and my #9 post was 175 words, according to a word counter. As the average adult reads at 225 words per minute and I’m putting forth and supporting multiple ideas, I can only acknowledge that my posts are too long for you.
