Well, on the bright side of things we will all know just where to find hm for the next 20 years or so (or as long as he lasts) :)

On a more serious note and to answer your question, if I didn't already live in a very low/no crime area I would move to one with alacrity.
 
Last time around, we had riots and prop. firm shooting.

I'm only wondering what crazy guy would do to hit the news, this time around...
 
few extra bank robberies lately in my area...

then again, the city is perpetuated with mostly low-income minorities...
