Did you back-test your system? Make sure your strategy is profitable before paying to have it implemented.

Do you know what platform you are working with? Real-time data feed? etc.

Before contacting a programmer, write a spec of your system. You don't need to include your exact trading rules and parameters, but at least have the layout and flow of your system down so you can get a quote.
